Monday Dose of Inspiration: Nests for Wild Animals

Lately I've been thinking a lot about a change of space. And place. I love the fresh air and human-ness in these serenely unruly settings--not for copying really- they're absolute reflections of their owners, but such an inspiring show of the organic evolution of a space made for life! Just right for our next act. Jungly and with a blackboard wall of course.

  2. Such a cozy abode, tucked away among the foliage like a tidy robin's nest. Ah...so relaxing.

  9. These are dreamy. I love the one with the books sprawled all over. We're reconfiguring some spaces around here and these photos provide the perfect inspiration for a magical little room we have off of our garage. Not so much to copy {as you also pointed out}, but inspiration to create a livable {and well loved} space. Love it!

  10. That top photo seems like part of one of my dream sequences. Reminds me of what I used to imagine Peter Pan's Neverland tree house would look like.
