Good Morning Glory

With too much work and focus on all things Bonbon, my garden hasn't really seen me in a little while. I try to get out there for a few minutes a day, to water and make sure everyone's OK but not for too long and not so much to really take a look around. So I woke up early this morning to see if the kids are alright. Now that the light is a little more Fall-like, everything glowed so beautifully. And they just acted so happy to see me.

I love all the morning light on the flowers and vegetables! (Just got your comment about your grandmother's cookbook. What a fun coincidence! I hope to see some pictures!)

A "bonbon" is candy in French and these pictures are "bonbons pour les yeux" = candy for the eyes! Love them!

I just checked on mine this morning. The only thing that made it this year is corn and watermelon... I have so much to learn when it comes to gardening. Your pics are a beautiful way to start the day. :-)
