But Spring Really is Coming








Next Week the Spring Collection goes up (all the Spring goodies will be revealed and there will be a little winter sale to boot just in time for Valentine's Day--stay tuned!)--something to cheer us all up I hope, especially here in this frozen cold of winter! I've been looking through the pictures from last summer while getting ready for next week photo sessions and found these, not by Jim, but by our friend Chris Ketchie who came along to Gramercy Park on the shoot (kind of "shots of the shoot"!)...I loved his painter's perspective, looking for shapes in each frame as well as the candid shots of our lovely model ana...

    oh dear...these are lovely. I'm not supposed to be spending money right now but I think I have to pay a visit to your studio to view (and purchase!) a few of these lovely jewels. You are so tremendously talented. I love how delicate these are and yet they make such strong statements.

    And, you were in Gramercy Park! My neighborhood!

    I know I commented on this post before too but let me tell you, after seeing Jim's favorites, I cannot wait to see it. I loved, loved loved the one with the yellow. It took my breath away for a second!
