I loved the high energy and the fast pace of the souks, explosion after explosion of color, motorbikes and ongoing commentary from every shopkeeper you'd pass but the winding, hidden alleys of the Medina in Marrakech were our favorite places. They offered an incredible, peaceful respite from the intensity of the souks and main thoroughfares...we made wrong turns all day, trying to get lost a little, looking for nothing in particular except whatever came our way or quietly passed us by.

I know for fact i would fall in love with a place like this. The textures in all the pictures along with the colors would be the oxygen to carry me on. I really miss such beauty. Why is it so BLAH where i live?
