I am researching a new collection and came up with too many amazing photos not to share. I love the ways in which women adorn themselves in all the different parts of India no matter their differences. It's the gorgeous art of communicating who they are, expressing their identities to themselves and the outside world...We all share who we are with the world in the ways we choose what we wear, how it's worn, how far we'll go.
As we design the new collection, all I can say is there are many many great big changes happening...I'm not sure if you can see where we we're gearing up to go...

I love India and all its vibrant beauty! Oooh-wheee, can't wait to see what gorgeous creations you are working on...
It's so interesting to see how jewelry *means* something to different cultures - it's not just for looks all the time. Gorgeous photos! Excited to see the new stuff!
I literally get giddy thinking about your new collection...now I am over-the-moon-excited! xo t
we are all waiting! :)
i'm getting explosions of color (add in cobalt blue from a previous post) and lots of patience and perseverance from these images. the amount of time to string all those beads together. whoa. they must be heavy, too. my favorite image is of the elderly women who looks like she has something to tell us. looking forward to your new collection.
Wow- stunning images. LOVE them all- also crazed for post prior with flowers. I so wish I could do a workshop with you but alas NY is a bit of a commute from San Francisco! xo
